Bridging Relational Insight and Organisational Practice.
“What organisations see is interaction and behaviour.
What shapes outcomes is the relational structure underneath.“

About me
I work at the intersection of relational systems, learning design and organisational change. My focus is on the often invisible relational layer that determines how teams actually coordinate, learn, make decisions and stay committed over time.
What is my added value?
I help organisations move beyond individual training and communication strategies by addressing the relational dynamics that truly shape collective performance. Concretely this means:
- Reading the relational field — Making visible how positioning, trust and alignment evolve in teams, so you understand why alignment breaks down even when everything looks fine on the surface.
- Designing relational learning — Through the BOBIP Method supporting teams to go from motivation and engagement to real relational commitment and shared ownership.
- Translating insight into practice — Using the Pizzamodel and Relational Navigator to make complex relational patterns concrete and actionable.
- Combining research and practice — Continuously integrating insights from relational cognition, systems thinking and real-world innovation projects.
