Wisdom in Interaction: Insights from Flourishing Education Podcast

Fabienne Vailes invited me to her podcast ” Flourishing Education“.
Together we discussed how wisdom is born in interaction.

How can we learn sustainably, we have to respect and relate with the wholeness:

  • with ourselves in all our different roles – the individual;
  • with our team in all its diversity – the collective;
  • with the ecosystem or market in all its opportunities and collaborations – relationships.

I also shared how my vision is based on her knowledge of pedagogy, anthropology and relational cognition and my experience as a business mentor.
